本產(chǎn)品適用于電力、冶金、石油化工等廠礦企業(yè),在高溫、低溫及各種惡劣環(huán)境中作電器、儀表的連接和自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的傳輸線。絕緣和護(hù)套材料采用聚全氟乙丙烯或聚四氟乙烯和硅橡膠,具有耐油、防水、防磁、防輻射、防老化、耐磨、耐酸堿及多種化學(xué)試劑、不燃燒等優(yōu)異性。

The cable is suitable for industrial & mining enterprises such as power, metallurgic, petrochemical industry etc., for connection line of electrical equipment and instrument or transmission line of automatic control system under high temperature, low temperature and all kinds of abominable circumstances. The insulation and sheath materials apply exhaustive fluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) or polytetrafluorethylene (PFA) or silicone rubber, which have oil-resistant, waterproof, anti-magnetic, radiation-resistant, ageing resistant, abrasion resistant, acid-alkali resistant , various chemical agents resistant, flame-retardant advantageous performances.
The fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed control cable is in conformity with enterprise standard Q/WTHQ005, the silicone rubber insulated and sheathed cable is in conformity with enterprise standard Q/WTHQ006.
一、使用特性 Requirements of application
1、交流額定電壓U0/U:450/750V。
Rated A.C. voltage U0/U: 450/750V.
2、電纜導(dǎo)體的長(zhǎng)期允許工作溫度:硅橡膠絕緣和護(hù)套為180℃,氟塑料絕緣和護(hù)套為200℃和260℃。
The allowed long term operating temperature of conductor: it is 180℃ for silicon rubber insulated and sheathed control cable, it is 200℃and 260℃ for fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed control cable.
3、最低環(huán)境溫度:
硅橡膠絕緣和護(hù)套:固定敷設(shè)-60℃,非固定敷設(shè)為-25℃。
氟塑料絕緣和護(hù)套:固定敷設(shè)-60℃,非固定敷設(shè)為-20℃。
Lowest ambient temperature:
Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed: it is 60℃ below zero for fixed laying and 25℃ below zero for non-fixed laying.
Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed: it is 60℃ below zero for fixed laying and 20℃ below zero for non-fixed laying.
4、敷設(shè)允許彎曲半徑:
氟塑料絕緣和護(hù)套的電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的8倍。
氟塑料絕緣和硅橡膠護(hù)套的電纜應(yīng)小于電纜外徑的6倍。
硅橡膠絕緣和護(hù)套電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的4倍。
Allowed laying bending radius:
It is not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable for fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed control cable.
It is not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable for fluoroplastic insulated and silicone rubber sheathed control cable.
It is not less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable for silicone rubber insulated and sheathed control cable.
